Terms of Service

Last updated 8 July 2026 · The agreement between you and Aurian.

This is a plain-English starting template. Have your solicitor review and adapt it before you publish, it isn't legal advice.

1. The agreement

By creating an account or using Aurian, you agree to these terms. If you're signing up on behalf of a business, you confirm you're allowed to accept them for that business.

2. What Aurian does

Aurian is an AI agent that drafts replies, quotes, bookings and invoice chasers on your behalf. You stay in control: anything with a price attached waits for your approval before it goes out. You are responsible for reviewing what the agent produces and for the work you ultimately carry out.

3. Your responsibilities

  • Give accurate rates and details so quotes reflect what you actually charge.
  • Keep your login secure and don't share it.
  • Use the service lawfully and only for your own business.
  • Make sure you have the right to process your customers' messages through Aurian.

4. Payment

The Solo plan is £199/month plus VAT, billed monthly. Your first 14 days are free and no card is needed to start. You can cancel any time; your subscription runs to the end of the paid period and then stops. Payment is processed by Stripe. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

5. Availability

We work hard to keep Aurian running around the clock, but we can't promise it will never be unavailable. We may carry out maintenance, and occasionally things break. We'll always try to give notice of planned downtime.

6. Liability

Aurian is a tool that assists you; it doesn't replace your own judgement. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for lost profits or for decisions made on the basis of the agent's output. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

7. Ending the agreement

You can close your account whenever you like. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken. On termination, you can export your data for a reasonable period before it's deleted.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales.
